WIN has learnt with sadness the passing on of one of Africa's greatest writers Chinua Achebe whose book 'Things Fall Apart' set the trend on the continent and convinced us that African writers can bring much social change through the craft of writing. Achebe leaves a remarkable body of creative works that continues to inspire many people in and outside the writing world. May the Achebe family, the people of Nigeria and Africa at large, be consoled at this moment of loss. RIP Chinua Achebe, but we know for sure that writers never die...
