other objectives, WIN also aims to promote a culture of reading and writing,
facilitate the publication of members’ works in various media such as
newsletters, journals, newspapers, anthologies as well as radio and television,
to extend these opportunities to rural based aspiring writers. WIN runs a
number of programmes in order to achieve its goals, such programmes as:
