Reading is Power
Our coordinator for the Epworth community outreach programme, Sindiso Regina Ngwenya-Tapureta, seen here next to creative writing books. The programme was launched this February to equip young writers, actors, storytellers, poets and readers with skills. The beautiful community of Epworth is only a few kilometers from Harare city centre. The programme also adds literature to literacy as it embraces students living in the community.
